Daily Itinerary

5:15 Meeting with your guide
Dock of Puerto Jiménez.
5:30 Boat ride to Sirena
Possible observation of marine life: turtles, dolphins, whales, etc.
You will arrive on the beach in Sirena. Remove your shoes to keep them dry.
7:00 Park Registration
Bathroom.
7:30 Hike in the Corcovado National Park
Guanacaste trail: 2 km, flat topography (impressive trees and Sirena River)
Start of the trail Sirena – Los Patos.
8:00 Hike in the Corcovado National Park
Trail Sirena – Los Patos (10 first km are relatively flat).
Lunch in the forest
Snacks brought from you for a picnic lunch.
12:00 Hike in the heart of the Osa Peninsula
Broken trail in the virgin tropical forest (mostly going up for 6 km).
Little swim in a natural pool in front of a small waterfall.
Baco Trail: 4 km (stream La Tarde).
3:00 Stop at Los Patos Ranger Station
Registration

3:15 Transport back from Los Patos to Puerto Jiménez
4:30 Arrival in Puerto Jiménez

  • A full refund can be offered up to 6 months before the start date of your tour.
  • Once your entrances are paid, there is no refund, credit or date change possible. Corcovado National Park does NOT provide any refunds or credits. Therefore, refunds or credits are only possible if the park is SOLD OUT on your selected dates and we are unable to make a reservation for you.
  • Even if you cannot access the park due to the weather, refunds or credit are NOT possible. If the park closes due to the weather, you might be able to reschedule for the following 30 days depending on availability.
  • Prepaid transport will be charged if it leaves without you for any reason.
