According to ICT Tourism Board, Costa Rica travel has doubled from January to May 2021, with over 70,000 arrivals in May 2020. While travel is not yet at pre-pandemic levels, over 270,000 people travel to Costa Rica in 2021.

As of July 31, 2021, Costa Rica Requires

  1. A Visa For Some Countries*
  2. With a Tourist Visa and/or Passport, Most Countries allow tourists to Stay Up to 90 Days
  3. Health Pass Form for Entry
  4. For Vaccinated Travelers with Proof, No Travel Insurance is Required.
  5. For Non-Resident, Travel Insurance with Min Requirements for Entry
  6. Round Trip Ticket / Ticket for Next Destination
